Customer Success Manager

Remote / Nivelles Permanent Customer Success

Support our clients in adopting and mastering the Kitry platform to maximise their success in HSE prevention.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our rapidly growing client portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and training new clients
  • Regular follow-up and identification of upsell opportunities
  • Churn reduction through proactive relationship management
  • Relaying product feedback to the technical team

Your profile:

  • 2+ years in Customer Success or B2B Account Management
  • Interest in HSE / HR challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability
  • French proficiency, English is an asset
