Support our clients in adopting and mastering the Kitry platform to maximise their success in HSE prevention.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our rapidly growing client portfolio.
Your responsibilities:
- Onboarding and training new clients
- Regular follow-up and identification of upsell opportunities
- Churn reduction through proactive relationship management
- Relaying product feedback to the technical team
Your profile:
- 2+ years in Customer Success or B2B Account Management
- Interest in HSE / HR challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability
- French proficiency, English is an asset
